Through a diet filled with plenty of fresh, whole foods as close to their natural state as possible, we know that our body will be nourished with powerful life energy. Establishing your own relationship to the temptations available retains the personal power needed to navigate the trials of life.
Someone who practices yoga may be considered a 'yogi,' but in reality, the clarity that comes from a well-functioning instrument (body & senses) is the true ticket to liberation.
