The richness of yoga needs time and devoted practice.
Workshops and events are a great way of taking your practice deeper. They are a time to gather together, to immerse yourself in the essence of what you are ready to explore, what you want to learn, and to really get into the good stuff.
I am now offering workshops and ceremonial spaces at Soul Fire Studios so that the soulful community we share can gather more energy for the life shifts we are moving through. Below are my regular offerings that are available to book now, with new events being added throughout 2022. Join me online, live in Sheffield, or get in touch if you would like me to share these offerings at a location near you.
In these breath exploration sessions where you will dive into some of the best and most effective pranayama techniques. We will meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7 am (UK) for a 60-minute REAL-TIME online practice, and you will leave with tips and suggestions for your own daily practice.

MAHA SADHANA - Dharma Yoga Essentials
Through movement, sound, breath, and song, this Great Practise is an excellent way to gather energy each month, to offer your prayers and postures from the heart, and truly celebrate being alive!
Dharma Yoga is the yoga of compassion. This is where we learn to care for others as we would care for ourselves, and the postures become an expression of your life's purpose.
By sharing this practice together, we create a collective focus aimed at healing ourselves and the world at large.
This workshop includes:
Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation)
Kirtan (Devotional Singing)
These traditional yoga practices offer a complete experience on the pathway of yoga.
By hearing about lifestyle principles that assist in creating a more harmonious existence with self and others, moving the physical body, managing emotional energy, and quelling the incessant thought waves of the mind, we truly begin to feel what it means to follow the path of yoga to a place of stillness and peace.
We are physical beings, and, as such, respond well to movements of the body. This session includes a more active physical practice with variations to suit advanced-beginner to experienced-intermediate levels.
We culminate this session with an Aarti Ceremony, where the Light of Wisdom is passed between us with the intention that we will bring more light to this world.
Please feel welcome and encouraged to join no matter what level of physical ability or spiritual devotion you identify with, and enjoy the Bhava (the good vibes)!
Devotional items for meditation and prayer are also encouraged.

DEEP HEAT: The Inner Journey of Hot Yoga
In the modern world, it is well known that people gravitate towards extreme challenges in order to explore the potentials and boundaries of body and mind.
It is also understood that our modern way of living causes slow changes in our body/mind that can be hard to notice until more significant symptoms arise.
What yoga in the HEAT provides is a specific environment where you can consciously witness and examine your personal conditions, and address the needs that will help you live a healthy and fulfilling life.
